How does it work?
It is as easy as 1, 2, 3. You simply download the app and register. You can link your bank account or you can simply deposit cash into your PayPulse account at any Standard Bank branch or participating WiCode merchant.
Once you are registered you can easily pay for your parking ticket, movie tickets and make payments at various stores and restaurants! You don’t need to carry cash or your card with you. No more searching for coins to pay your parking ticket. Simply scan you parking ticket, pay and voila!
An added bonus is the fact that you don’t need a smart phone or airtime to access your PayPulse account. You can use PayPulse on any type of cellphone. The only requirement is that you have a valid Namibian cellphone number. To access PayPulse from any phone, dial *140*6626# for PayPulse USSD. Accessing PayPulse USSD does not require any airtime. So, when do I pay? You will still use your parking ticket to exit, so don’t lose it on your way out. Pay when you get to your car or pay when you are about to leave and finishing your last sip of Slowtown [https://www.slowtowncoffee.com/] coffee. This gives you enough time to exit the parking.
